Recommended Trips section does not show trips

When i load the home page. All the sections are showing accept the recommended trips section. However if i change the dropdown content type option in recommended trips section from recommended trips to post categories i get the category posts.

First of all thank you very much for using the theme.

Recommendation section is used to display the post by two different content type. One by the category and by recommended post.

The post that you have marked as the featured will be displayed in this section.
