Recommended TTL for Quic Cloud DNS

Hello,
which are the recommened TTL:s for Quic Cloud DNS zone?
When checking here https://docs.quic.cloud/cdn/dns/qcdns/ all TTL:s are set to 5 minutes. Is this the correct settings for these records?
