Hello,
@skyverge I have the same problem as all the people above. I have had this problem for over a week. If this can’t get fixed soon I think many of us have to change the plugin in and find another one that works.

Hello, I am also facing the same issue, my Facebook ad sales are now down over 80% as I thought it was an issue with Facebook, deleted the feed on the business manager and now can’t add them again.
Is there a fix for this please as I am running ads to these products.

Hey everyone,
Julie here, from SkyVerge, just wanting to let you all know that while we don’t have an update yet, we’re working on it!
We’ll come back to you folks as soon as we have some movement here.
Thank you so much for your patience, everyone, we really appreciate it.
Julie ??
SkyVergeJust chiming in here to say that we’re having the exact same problem as outlined above. Click “Reconnect” and it appears to load for a moment then nothing.
Hey all!
Thank you so much for your continued patience. We’re working directly with Facebook for this, but I’m afraid we’re having some difficulty reproducing this issue which is making it tricky to troubleshoot.
The Facebook team is reviewing their logging, though, to see if they can spot any errors that would explain this problem. We’ll reach out again as soon as we have another update – thanks for bearing with us!
Cheers!
LindseyHi again!
Just got an update from our friends at Facebook – would anyone be willing to share admin credentials for your WordPress site so Facebook can attempt to reproduce / test further? This will let Facebook test the pop-up where you should be able to reconnect on their development servers.
If you’re willing to share, could you please contact us directly so we can manage those credentials securely? Please share that you’re providing credentials to troubleshoot the reconnect catalog issue, and we’ll get your message in front of the right folks!
Thanks in advance to everyone willing to help us get to the bottom of this! I’ll report back here with more details as we have them.
Cheers!
LindseyI’m happy to help.
I’ve sent contact details via your website.Same problem here, following.
Hey all,
Thanks again so much for your continued patience – I really appreciate it!
We’ve received some credentials and Facebook is currently attempting to reproduce the error on their end. In the meantime, we’ve found a workaround that should help you manually configure Facebook to periodically pull your catalog feed file – this should let you sync products to Facebook while we work to resolve this issue.
First, you’ll need to get the Feed URL from the Facebook for WooCommerce popup:
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce.
- Click Manage Connection.
- In the popup, click Your Products > Show Advanced Options.
- Click Copy Link to copy your Product Feed URL. You’ll need it for the next steps.
Next, you’ll need to setup a Replace Schedule for the catalog in Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook catalogs page and select the catalog from WooCommerce.
- On the left menu, click Product Data Sources.
- Select the data source with Source Type set to “Data Feed”.
- Go to the Settings tab and click Edit for the Replace Schedule.
- Set the Frequency to “Hourly”, Repeat to “Every hour”, and enter a start time.
- Paste the Product Feed URL into the URL field.
- Click Save.
This will tell Facebook to fetch your WooCommerce product catalog every hour. This won’t change the prompts to reconnect your catalog in WooCommerce, but will let your product updates be synced to Facbeook. We’ll continue working to troubleshoot this issue, and I’ll follow up once we’ve heard back from Facebook!
Cheers!
LindseyThanks for the support!
We will wait for the solution of problem.
@skyverge
instructions helped. Thank you so much!!Hi everyone!
Good news – Facebook was able to identify and fix the bug, so you should now be able to use the Reconnect Catalog button to securely connect your WooCommerce catalog to Facebook.
Thank you all for your incredible patience, and special thanks to everyone who shared information that helped us find the issue!
Cheers!
LindseyI tried this just now (about 2 minutes ago) and I’m still getting the same thing. Click the button, acts like it might be doing something, then I get the button again. I have recorded a GIF of what it is doing, if you’d like me to provide that just let me know what email to send it to.
Hey @schwindt14,
Oh no, I’m sorry about that! Could you please contact us directly so we can troubleshoot further? You can send your GIF there as well.
If anyone else is still experiencing issues, could you please let me know?
Cheers!
LindseyHey @skyvergesupport
Same here, still not working.
