reconnecting to databank

  • the fool i am, i accidently deleted the databank to the above mentioned site. my provider reinstalled the databank but now i don’t know how to get my data (which is still sitting on the server) back into the databank. any suggestions?
    any assistance would be greatly appreciated,

    I assume you mean “database”. Do the DB_ defines in wp-config.php match what your host has installed?

    yes they do, I checked them with bb edit.

    If you look with PHPMYADMIN, are there more sets of tables (with different prefixes)? If so, then try changing the table_prefix in wp-config.php. If not, then the old content may be gone.
