[record_link] not being emailed or displayed

Hi,
The Signup Response Emails are being sent out successfully to new users, but for some reason, the record link is not included. It’s also not displaying with the signup thanks message. Here’s the code I’m using: [record_link].
Curiously, the admin record link is going out correctly using:
[admin_record_link]
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
