Recording not showing – ‘Check for latest’

Hi, am on 3.6.19 (edit: also broken on .22)
What would cause the recording by meeting shortcode not to display the recordings in the zoom cloud even though they exist?
I have 5 instances of the same shortcode doing the same lookup on different meetings but one of them does not display the recording link but shows : ‘No recordings found. Check for latest’
The link on that ‘Check for latest’ goes to : pageurl /?flush_cache=yesIdeas? thanks
