    Hi Team,

    Can you please confirm if your plugin captures emails from Guest users? People who are new to the site and have not purchased before?

    Greetings of the day!

    Yes, the plugin works for both logged-in and non-logged-in users. When A user enters the checkout page and fills in the information, the data get captured.

    After some specific time(Cut-off time), if the user doesn’t proceed with the checkout process, the order is marked as abandoned.
