Recover menu items from DB

  • I’ve got a 2 or 3 day old DB backup of my site. I’d rather NOT do a full recovery.
    However, something weird has happened, and all items from my custom menu are gone. The menu still exists, but nothing is in it.

    Is there a way to bring back just the menu items into the DB?

    I could also rebuild, but would take a couple of hours… looking for a fast way back in.
