• I am trying to login to my WordPress website kimburentt.co.uk. However the login page is telling me my Username is invalid. I have tried every possible email address I have in the retrieve password section, however the site is telling me ‘There is no user registered with that email address’.

Wordpress then took me to an account recovery page, however after filling in all the relevant details told me no website has been found, this is for wordpress.com.

I have other www.ads-software.com websites, however when trying to access this forum to create a support ticket I was told again my login details were not valid. I have had to create a new account to post in this forum.

All I want to do is ask WordPress to send my login details to the account linked to two of my websites. kimburnett.co.uk and nhcnebury.co.uk

There are several methods to recover and/or reset your password in this article:

The section ‘To Change Your Password’I can’t complete as I cant get into the administration panel.

The ‘Through the automatic emailer’ section I cannot complete as it says the email and username I’m using doesn’t exist.

And i am hesitant to try the ‘Through MySQL/MariaDB Command Line’ and ‘Through phpMyAdmin’ because of this ‘Note: use phpMyAdmin at your own risk. If you doubt your ability to use it, seek further advice. WordPress is not responsible for loss of data.’ I don’t want to mess the whole site up.

I know that also sounds a bit silly but do you have any other suggestions?

Before you modify anything in the database, use phpmyadmin to export it. That provides you with a backup.
