Recover Password Form Missing

    Hi,
    I’ve just installed this plugin as it was just what I was looking for.
    The only issue that I have is that the Recover Password Form seems to be missing.

    I’ve gone through the configuration and can’t see what the problem may be.

    Has anyone else had this issue?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting us regarding your question.

    In order to generate a Recover Password form you will need to place the [wppb-recover-password] shortcode on any page you desire.

    After doing this, if you access that same page, you will be able to see the Password Recovery form.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick reply!

    I added this shortcode previously and I’m afraid that the form doesn’t appear.

    Here’s an example of the text on the page itself:

    Lost Password

    Please enter your username or email address.
    You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
    Get New Password

    There is a button called “Get New Password” at the bottom of the page.

    I’ll be happy to send more details if I can send them in a private message.
