When I enter my login of “Randy Bryan” and an incorrect password, the prompt for “change password” appears. When I click on “change password”, the next prompt is a wordpress page (W inside a circle) asking to enter email for changing password. The email is not sent. I should be getting a specific screen provided by your plugin for changing the password. My other website with Profile Builder plugin does work properly. The only difference I can see is that I have the classic editor plugin installed on the website where the recover password option is working. I have tried to duplicate exactly the same Profile Builder settings on both websites….

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @r1bryan,

First of all please make sure you have a page created on your site where you’ve added the Profile Builder Recover Password form (you can read more about this here).

After this, go to your site’s Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings -> General Settings ->and in the “Password Recovery Page” setting (please check the following screenshot:?https://snipboard.io/KO5ArQ.jpg), you will need to select the page where you have the PB Recover Password form.

    Best regards,

Just figured it out yesterday. Your answer is correct. Funny my other site worked properly without filling in the field.

    Thanks.
