Recover user and password

I hope someone can help me,i inherited from the former network administrator that passed away 2mths ago. I, we have 8 sites with 15 users using this intranet and i can’t edit or log in to do so
It was built on a on site server https://192.168.10.2 any ideas would be greatly appreciated
