Recoverd Order & Amount Not Counting Also Some Bug and Report Testing

Hi,

I’m testing your plugin and this Great Plugin.

Currently, sending notifications to customers who leave their shopping cart (abandoned cart) by email is no longer useful along with the use of social media such as WhatsApp.

I hope that you will continue to develop this plugin, so that in the future many people will be helped by this plugin.

I want to send a test report to my local development regarding your plugin.

There are several things that I found, including the following:

1. Recovered Orders & Amount Reports
   I want to clarify and ask at the same time, this feature is the total number of Abandoned Orders & Amount to Recover that have been completed by customers. I mean, before it was in recovered order & amount report, it was in Abandoned Order & Amount. Is that right?
   
   I have tested it. It does not show any reports when an abandoned order/cart was completed by a customer
   
2. No. Contact
   In the Abandoned Cart Dashboard report, the customer’s contact number is not recorded (appears) there, nor in the database table. But it was sent successfully to the subscriber’s number. How could that be?
   
3. Checkout Page
   On the checkout page an error will occur when the customer writes the number with the case:
   – sometime user input phone number like this : 0811 234 567
   – sometime user input phone number like this : (62) 0811234567
   – sometime user input phone number like this : (62) 0811 234 567
   – sometime user input phone number like this : 0811.234.567
   – sometime user input phone number like this : 0811-234-567
   
   Note : My country code is 62.
   
   The format that you allow if I am correct in testing is 8123456789, where “0” is the first number (the actual number is 08123456789) must/should not be written on the phone number on the checkout page.
   
   When I write 08123456789, it won’t send to customers because in the report sending message it says 620812345678, also when I write +628123456789. Noted in the report sending message is 62628123456789.

All right, I think I’ve written too long for you. Hope you guys read and fix in the next version of your plugin.
