    I have 3 emails set to be sent.

    When I look at recovered Orders (individual), none of the emails were sent out (has X). but the sales are listed as Recovered Order.

    It’s not really recovered order when customer did not leave the cart, but it’s listed under the Recovered Order. So, the math is incorrect. Is this a defect?

    That is strange and should not be happening.

    It may be the case that before sending the emails user have completed the order.

    Can you please check if the same order is placed or not in Woocommerce > Orders section?
