    Hi,
    I enabled the 3 default email templates and see that the plugin is sending out emails to customer. I notice an order being recovered successfully after the first email. However in the reports the order still being marked as ‘abandoned’. I think it should have changed status to ‘recovered’ or something similar.
    Since the customer has completed the order placement after the first email, obviously I don’t want the other emails to be sent (there are 1-time coupons in the other emails).

    @nghiahuynh Thank you for your interest in Cart Abandonment plugin!

    If the user has used the different email id while first search and the second email id while purchasing the plugin then the first order will be considered as abandoned.

    Also, there might be the cause if you are using any cache plugin and that plugin is caching the database too at the local side then this issue may happen.

    If this not the case then can you please open a support ticket from here and also share the order number of the user for which this has happened.
