Recovered order still has abandoned status

Hi,
I enabled the 3 default email templates and see that the plugin is sending out emails to customer. I notice an order being recovered successfully after the first email. However in the reports the order still being marked as ‘abandoned’. I think it should have changed status to ‘recovered’ or something similar.
Since the customer has completed the order placement after the first email, obviously I don’t want the other emails to be sent (there are 1-time coupons in the other emails).
