recovering from a delete

SO yesterday like an idiot I deleted all my php files off of the test directory I had setup.

I luckily have found all the theme and uploaded images files files, phew…

I thought I would just set up a new install of worpdress, and copy these files to the the directory, set the database info to the same thing as the old one, copy in the theme files and whamo! it would work.

However I don’t see any of my content in this new install. i looked in the database and it’s still there.

How do i proceed without mucking this up further?
