Recovery After Website Got Hacked

  • Hello, my website has been hacked yesterday. I managed to fix it, but once I scan my site with WordFence, this is the text I receive.

    What should I do? This happened AFTER the site was hacked. Maybe the hacker is still thriving through the site?
