    Hi! Great plugin but I do have a concern regarding Recovery Report email recipient. I updated everything under WooCommerce > Cart Abandonment > Settings and I’m still getting the Recovery Report instead of the email address I updated. Can you please help me? Thank you

    Greetings for the day!

    It seems you have set up the email setting for the recovery report in the plugin settings, I would like to inform you that the setting is to add additional email addresses for the recovery report in addition to the admin that will receive the email by default.

    However, if you don’t want to receive the weekly report, there is a link at the bottom of the email to Unsubscribe. See this reference screenshot: https://bsf.d.pr/i/h9uulV
