Recreate custom audience ?

  • Hello,

    First thank you for this amazing plugin and for adespresso they are both great and i’m sure the futur update will rock the pixel world !

    I have a question, i already set up custom audience on my facebook ads account.
    I would prefer to manage them with pixel caffeine.

    How can i switch from FB to pixel caffeine to manage this ?
    Do i have to rewrite the same rule with the name audience name and delete it from FB ?

    I of course don’t wan’t to loose the recorded audience so i’m not sure about the way to handle it ??

    Hi,

    with the plugin we want to give extended tools for advanced custom audiences, using WordPress data and we don’t want to replace the business manager.
    So, according to this, unfortunately there isn’t any way at the moment to import custom audiences from FB, it’s only a feature in our long-term roadmap.

    Futhermore, I’m not sure what happens if you delete CA from facebook e recreate it by the plugin. If you want to use the wordpress connection (such post ID, post types, woocommerce data, so on), probably the better way could be to leave actual custom audiences and create a new one, more specific, by the plugin, so you can use both CAs together when you need ??
