    I have your plugin installed in one of my customer’s website.

    I want to upgrade to the premium subscription, but first of all i want to know if the upgrade can solve one huge issue.

    The only subscription with recurring payments..does not work.

    The first payment is correct, but then all the renewals does not work.

    We changed the stripe account connected to the plugin and i saw that this action can cause issues to previous memberships, but we tried with a new one and it does not work either.

    Hi @matteolungo16,

    You must be connected to the same Stripe account for recurring payments to work.

    You must be connected with the same Stripe account you were connected to when the initial payments were made for recurring payments to work. So, please connect with the old Stripe account.

    It is possible that the cron job has failed and for this reason, your payments have not gone through.

    Please check if you have the latest version of Paid Member Subscriptions V 2.11.1, if you do not have the latest version, please upgrade your plugin.

    Then please go to PMS-> Settings-> Payments-> do you see in the Dashboard the “Duplicate Website Message” mentioned here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/settings/payments/#Duplicate_Website_Message?

    Thanks for the reply.
    In understood why it doesn’t work with old membership, but we have seen that also with new recurrent subscription (and with “new” i mean “created after the synchronization of the new stripe account) the renewal does not work.
    First payment goes well, but then it stops working.

    Plus, we saw that there’s a reset button for cronjobs: what happens if we click it? Could this lead to issues to current memberships?

    Hi @matteolungo16,

    Yes, it is possible for the cron job to fail in some cases. To investigate if the cron job failed will be the next step in the investigation.

    But first please answer to my questions from the last reply.

    Please check if you have the latest version of Paid Member Subscriptions V 2.11.1, if you do not have the latest version, please upgrade your plugin.
