    Hi,

    Your customers can cancel the recurrent payment/subscription from their PayPal accounts. You should give instructions to your customers in the case they don’t know how to do that. Here are the basic instructions:

    1- Log in to your PayPal account

    2- Click on the History tab

    3- Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show drop-down menu

    4- Select the range of dates to approximately the date when the recurrent payment was created

    5- Locate the subscription creation in the results and click to see its details

    6- At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription and on the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again.

    Another option is to access the related subscription from the latest recurrent payment in the PayPal account and cancel as mentioned in the point #6.

    In addition to that you can also cancel the subscription from your PayPal account (from the account that received the payment).
