WP Invoice works with PayPal Subscriptions. https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/xcl/rec/subscr-intro-outside

It initiates subscription using settings you set while creating recurring invoice and then it just reflects all periodical payments in payment log until it is paid completely by customer.

That feature is free of charge and you always can try testing it using sandbox account.
