Recurring billing on several custom capabilities.

Hello,
I have a website on which I sell access to a certain number of softwares. For each of these softwares, there are 2 to 3 levels of feature access. Also, all subscriptions are paid monthly.
I want my customers to be able to pay only one time every month for all of their subscriptions and update this monthly amount when they change a level for a software or add a subscription to an additionnal software.
For example : let’s say the customer has a level 1 for software A, a level 2 for software B and a level 1 for software C.
He decides to upgrade to level 2 for software C.How can I create a button that will modifiy the monthly charged amount?
I imagine I need to create it dynamically and that is no problem, but I cannot find any example of what I need to create.
All explanantions I find are for adding custom capabilities in the cases of one-time payments and I am adding recurring payments over existing payments.
