Hi, I am testing the add-on and it looks great.

But I find that in recurring donations in the product details before payment it shows the correct value of the donation, then in the recurring amounts it shows the random amount that is entered in the settings and that do not correspond to the amount that is selected to donate.

    Woocommerce V9.0.2
    WooCommerce Subscriptions V 6.4.1

    Hi Juan,

    thanks for reaching out.
Does it also happen when deactivating Yay Currency?

Oh by deactivating the Yay Currency plugin if it works normally, I had installed Yay Currency because I saw in the documentation that it was compatible.

Then I will try other plugins to offer various currency options, thank you very much for your reply.

    Hi Juan,

    thanks for your reply.
Yes, I want Donation Platform for WooCommerce to be compatible with Yay Currency. Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the issue locally. Can you please double check if you are using exactly the same parameters as in the screenshots here? https://wcdp.jonh.eu/documentation/integrations/use-multiple-currencies-currency-switcher/

    Best regards,

I have changed the settings to the ones you show in the screenshot, previously I had them with the automatic rate but still not corrected, even cleaning all caches. It seems that it takes the value set in the product variations and not the one selected in the form, I will try to delete everything and create it again.

With another plugin like CURCY – Multi Currency for WooCommerce if it shows the correct amounts on the payment page, but the amounts of the form are only set in the default currency, that makes the user select an amount for example in USD and then in the payment appears the amount changed to the currency selected, which can confuse him.

    Hi juanready,

    sorry for the late reply.
Yes, out of the multi-currency plugins I’ve tested, Yay Currency is my favorite. Have you already reached out to the Yay Currency support? I guess they might be able to help you better with this specific issue. In the long term I want to add native multi currency support to Donation Platform for WooCommerce.

    Best,
    Jonas
