    Hi,
    I′m using the lite version for a few weeks. Great looking frontend, I′m quite happy with it. But now I found an serious issue on recurring events with custom Days.

    Is there a chance – even in the pro version – to have recurring events with individual day, not depending on the initial event?

    i.e.
    Main Event is form Jun 1 to Jun 7
    Recurring Event is from August 1 to August 15.

    The “next event” module shows the correct period form the recurring event. But on the detail page of the recurring event it shows up the wrong period (in the example above it would be August 1 to August 7)

    Hi @michaelparak,

    All repeating on MEC Pro is there on MEC Lite.
    Make sure using the latest version of MEC, then follow the steps explained in this article:

    I already read the article before but it did not solve the issue.
    The event date makes weird things that I can not retrace.
    I try to describe it on the behavior of a particular event:

    Event Setup:
    Event Date: 15.5. to 28.6.
    Recurring Event: 11.7. to 31.10.

    Event listing page shows 15.5. to 28.6. (CORRECT)
    Event detail page shows 11.7. to 24.8. (WRONG) and recurring event 11.7. to 31.10. (CORRECT)
    URL of the detail page ?occurrence=2020-05-15 (CORRECT)
    Event detail page of the recurring event shows 11.7. to 24.8. (WRONG)
    URL of the recurring detail page ?occurrence=2020-07-11 (CORRECT)

    The initial span from start to end is 15.5 to 28.6. (44 days)

    The recurring event (11.7. to 31.10) only shows 44 days from start of the recurring event. That is 24.8. (!) and not the end date of the recurring event (31.10.)

    Hi @michaelparak,

    This is not an issue it’s a configuration error for creating events.
    If you have read the link about custom day repeating, we have explained that occurrences work during the time of the main event.
    For instance, a 7-day event cannot repeat in 9 days. But can repeat in the 7 days. Therefore, you have 44 days capacity and cannot go beyond that.

    I recommend creating two separate events for it.
