recurring events & dates

Is there a way to show the the recurring dates #_RECURRENCE_DESC only without showing the #_STARTDATE & #_ENDDATE especially when the event is a recurring event – right now if we insert both placeholders then we would see the statement below, we are trying to avoid showing the dates twice
Date & Time: From October 19, 2015 to October 30, 2015, Monday and Wednesday and Friday, every week October 19, 2015 To October 30, 2015 10:00 am To 1:00 pm
Wonder if there is a way thought the Conditional tags- having hard time understanding it right now.
