    Hi,
    a month ago I had an issue where the update 1.3.4 generated some issues and some sliders did not work anymore. That time it has been resolved, I received a remade code which I needed to upload in order to fix it. Then I deactivated the automatic update function in WordPress.
    Meanwhile, the system informed me that there are further updates available. I was waiting a while, to make sure that issues are resolved before I update the plugin. Today I wanted to update the plugin on version 1.3.7. As result, the system deleted the individual previous code and my website entirely crashed. When I deactivated the plugin, my website was online again, but without any video. Next, I uploaded the customized code again, which I got last time. But it does not work anymore, no videos are available.

    What should I do?

    We watched your video slider that works great.

    Can you please tell me what type of slider you have with problems?

    You can take a screenshot so that we can see the problem and give a link to the page where the slider is located to see the problem.

    We’ll all do to solve the problem.

    Hi Rich-Web,

    I was able to make the customized code work again (1.3.5). I don’t know why, but when I uploaded the code again, it removed the slider option which was set.
    Nevertheless, I’m still not able to update the code you provided last time. When I do so, it crashes my website.
