Recurring Issues with Font

    I selected (and published) Racing Sans One for my Headings Font Family in the customizer. However, when I checked my website this morning it was showing something that looks like Times New Roman.

    When I tried switching it again now it appears to be stuck in Arial, Helvetica.

    I am also experiencing issues changing my font size. I can change the sizes in the customzier and click publish; but, when it loads again nothing has changed and the font sizes have reverted.

    Please investigate and advise.

    I’ve noticed that you are using Autoptimize on the website and this plugin has a cache module and another one for optimizing CSS and JS files.

    Can you please try to temporarily disable the plugin so we can be sure that there isn’t a conflict?

    Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Hestia, 3.0.1

    Let us know how it goes.

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    I have checked the website again and the font-family used is Racing Sans One.

    Can you please confirm that the issue is fixed now?

    Hi Stefan — apologies for the radio silence. This was fixed. It was an issue with a clearfy plugin’s settings.

    Hi Stefan, you seem to know in depth the Hestia options…

    Could you tell me when I can’t change the font size anymore in typography? Could it be a conflict with another plugins? Any way to fix this? I hope I won’t need to reinstall everything ??
