A little confused by the previous replies on this. Clarify please.

    1. I understand that creating recurring meetings via the plugin is on the to-do list with no current eta

    2. Can you retrieve a series of recurring meeting (eg 1 meeting a week for 8 weeks, setup via Zoom directly) via the live meetings api calls and then display those 8 meetings on a page with the shortcuts?

And, if so, is it still a problem because you can’t omit meetings that are in the past (meaning that in week 2 the week 1 meeting is still shown?)

    thanks

  • I’m curious about this too.

    Hi @fdittmar

With the new update – Recurring meetings are supported when shown via shortcode at the moment. Latest occurrence is shown always. 1 hour time is the threshold for the occurrence until the next occurrence is shown if the time is past.

    Tested. Works really well.

You’re doing a very good job here… We all appreciate it.

    Hi @fdittmar ,
How Recurring meetings work from the meeting shortcode, can you please explain?

My recurring meetings are setup in Zoom.
[zoom_api_link meeting_id=”” link_only=”no”] will just display the next upcoming one. Once that one has finished, the shortcode will just replace it and show the next one.

There is only ever 1 set of meeting details on display. Perfect for ‘your next meeting is’ type of displays. In my case, I set shortcode once and for 8 weeks, my meetings are automatically available to visitors
