Recurring monthly event on same date

Sorry if this has been brought up before as it seems rather basic but I couldn’t find an answer anywhere.

I’d like to set up a recurring event every month on the 15th. Am I missing something or is that not possible with Events Manager? If so, is that some functionality that could be added?
