    Hello!

    I have Woocommerce and also Woocommerce Subscriptions.

    I do not want automatic subscription renewal on my site and in “Woocommerce – Settings – Subscriptions”, the automatic payments are turned off, as indicated in the documentation.

    However, when the users go to their subscription overview page, it tells them the price they paid and “every 3 months” – see screenshot: https://www.germantogo.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Screen-Shot-2018-08-15-at-12.06.01.png On my Stripe overview, it also says “Payment type: recurring”.

    Now, it looks like the subscription indeed does not renew automatically. But what can I do so this is also clear to my subscribers?

    Hi Juliane,

    Although I imagine the most simple way to deal with subscriptions that only have a one time fee is to sell them as simple products and not subscriptions – WooCommerce Subscriptions https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/ is a premium extension and the support is handled by WooCommerce partners, Prospress.

    Please contact them by opening a ticket from your WooCommerce.com account:

    Don’t forget to choose WooCommerce Subscriptions from the dropdown so the ticket is routed to a correct support team.

    Since support will be provided via a different support channel – I’ll be marking this thread as resolved now.
