Recurring payment is not working

    Hello, I want to buy the plugin for sell recurrent memberships, but I’m using the free version plugin and it does renew the payment, the customer can pay the first time but the payment is not renewed.

    I use, 2checkout as payment gateway and it works, but does not make the renew for the payment. I already contac with tehm and thew said me I have rigth configurate the plugin so I need you to help with this issue, because without the recurrent payment I can′t buy your plugin and I will have to use another one, can you help me, please.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.

    Recurring payments work with the core (free) version of Paid Memberships Pro and you do not need to purchase the ‘Plus’ membership to Paid Memberships Pro to enable this feature.

    Please can you work through this guide to ensure everything is setup correctly, both inside 2Checkout and Paid Memberships Pro – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/2checkout/

    There should be a subscription created for your membership level that is set up inside 2Checkout. 2Checkout would then handle the recurring billing from their end and notify Paid Memberships Pro on your site which will then create an order and update the user’s membership status based on if the payment was successful or not.

    Okay, thanks for the help, the setting a rigth, I have already created the subscription product inside 2checkout can you please help how to link PMP subcription level to the 2checkout subcription product, because I have no idea how to do that and I can find documentation about either in 2checkout or PMP support page.

    I’m sorry for the delay here, are you still having issues?

    You only need to setup your INS page settings inside 2Checkout and then it should synchronize both ways.

    Are subscriptions being created inside 2Checkout?
