    Hi there,

    I think I have set up my product incorrectly.

    My intention was to have a recurring payment every month and for it to last 5 months.

    A customer has purchased the product, it has been longer than a month and the second payment has not been made. My thoughts are that instead of a payment being made every month on the above settings it will occur every 5 months?

    If this is the case, am I able to change the settings of the product to monthly so that the current customer will then get charged monthly?

    I think I might have made a similar mistake.

    I’m in month 2 and I haven’t received the 2nd payment of my client.

    Hi JL,

    Yes I did fix it. The problem was mine, as you can see in the image I set it to ‘Price per 5 months’ instead of ‘Price per 1 month’.

    What would have happened with the initial setup, is that the customer would have gotten charged once every 5 months. Now they will get charged monthly for new orders.

    For a customer on the initial set up I had to cancel the order with them and ask them to re order on the new setup.
