    Hello, I am using the free plan and I managed to add a subscription. The question is: will the payment be done automatically every month, or I need for my customers to enter their details again and again every month?

    Hi @dianasterea
    payments are automatic so your customers should only take care that in their PayPal account (or linked card) the funds are enough.

    Great! Thanks! Moreover, is there a set date on which the payment is done, or it just takes the date of the first payment and keeps taking the money on that specific day of the month?

    the payment is done on the specific day of the month depending on the purchase date.
    So for example i purchase on 12th January, the renewal will be on 12th February.

    If the payment is with redsys or another method other than PayPal, does it work the same?

    We’re sorry but this plugin version support only PayPal

    Hi again.
    WE have the plugin WooCommerce Servired/RedSys Spain Gateway that ensures it works with YITH Woocommerce subscription free version.
    The first order is good but then we get periodic payments at 0
