    I need some info. When i submit order i can see the transaction in eway sandbox but when i click on the recurring payments in eway dashboard i don’t see any recurring payments added. Do we have to create the recurring payments manually?

    Also, what happens if someone cancels their subscription? that would be manual too?

    What are you using for subscriptions? WooCommerce Subscriptions will use the Token Payments method for recurring payments. With this method, WooCommerce will request payment from eWay at the time of renewal.

    For cancellations, the subscription is canceled in WooCommerce and simply stops sending token payment requests to eWay.

    eWay, and other payment processors, also offer their own Recurring payment feature that you can use to set up recurring payments, but that is not supported by WooCommerce. With this Recurring method, the subscription schedule is stored with eWay and runs independently. It’s likely that this is what you are seeing in your eWay dashboard.

    Cancellations for the eWay Recurring feature would be handled manually from your eWay dashboard.
