Recurring payments when paying by CC?

    Hello,

    If I’m not wrong, Paypal’s checkout process offers to pay with a CC if the user is not a PP member yet.

    Will recurring payments still work in such situations?

    Also, are CC payments really only for the US? I think I’ve seen this working at some sites also when outside of US – or I’m I wrong?.
