Recurring payments when paying with CC?

Hello,

When checking out, we get the main Paypal screen for members that does not include CC payments: https://pasteboard.co/K2sZ7jK.png

But when clicking on NEXT and entering an email address that is not a Paypal member we get this screen that allows checking out with a CC: https://pasteboard.co/K2t0yK3.png

Will recurring payments work also in that case, when paying by CC?
