Red Box appears under contact form

Try switching to the default theme.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I am having the same issue on all my contact forms after updating the plugin and would like some help. Using the default theme is not an option for me, unfortunately.

It looks like an extra field was added (div.wpcf7-response-output) that contains a border style and is showing by default: https://imgur.com/psO21L8

Using the default theme is also not an option for me, unfortunately.

The errors/alerts do appear in the box, that is not an issue.

just uninstall and installed again then clear cache … it will work..

@pagol Doesn’t that mean that you will lose the existing contact forms? I tried to install a previous version of the plugin and had to remake all the contact forms.
