Red Error/Spam/ReCaptcha

All my forms were working fine until a few weeks ago when I received a ton of spam and now front end users are all getting Red Error Messages (Try again later). I installed Flamingo and can see the messages. My host tells me they are all being marked as Spam and I dont know why. I tried to update ReCaptcha but Google is only offering the enterprise version now and it doesn’t appear to be an option with Contact 7. How can I get my forms to work again (in the absolute least techy way possible). Do I try a different plugin?
