Red green buttons not showing wordpress 5.0

  • I have the latest version of wordpress…disabled the gutenberg with a plugin…installed Zerif Lite…but the red/green buttons dont show up in Chrome, Safari, some Mozilla Firefox and not on iphones or ipad. I have parallax set…then undid that..but still no visualization of the red and green buttons. My server does not hold cache as I can immediately change images with no problem. My plugins are askismet, Classic Editor,Jetpack,
    Orbit Fox Companion and WPForms Lite. I turned them all off and no difference. Any suggestions appreciated.
