• Kept putting my video links in the shortcode, but the only thing it would play was a Red Hot Chilli Peppers video. And even that didn’t show up as a link or image, you had to hover the cursor over the screen until it changed to a pointer!

    Very odd.

    Hi @pauljwhite,

thanks for your review! I’m sure we can figure this out.

Have you followed the instructions in the plugin description? Let me point you to this post from the docs – https://wp-video-popup.com/docs/usage/

Regarding the Red Hot Chili Peppers video, could it be that you’ve added the shortcode twice to your website?

Feel free to share the link of your website with me, I’d love to have a look at this! ??

    Best,
    David

    Hi @pauljwhite,

just wanted to follow up with you on this.

Please give us the chance to resolve this for you. I’m sure we can figure this out and turn this into a better review.

Did you know? There’s a support forum (https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/responsive-youtube-vimeo-popup/) you can ask for help and report bugs. We’re going through each and every one of them.

If you don’t want to share the website in public, I totally understand that. Feel free to submit a ticket instead at https://wp-video-popup.com/support/ (for the license key, just add random text).

Again, I’d love to work with you on this.

    Have a great day!

    Best,
    David

    Hey @pauljwhite,

one last try. Please consider giving us the chance to work on the issue instead of leaving a 1-star review :/

As mentione earlier, I’m sure we can figure this out.

Hope you have a great day.

    Best,
    David
