Red Rectangle On Contact Form

Same bug on my page after updating the plugin.
I hope for correction with the next update.

in my case the rectangle is yellow.
But the problem – color aside – is the same.
I hope a solution will be found soon.

I got the same problem and a quick fix was to inactivate and activate the plugin. I hope this helps for you too.
