redactor like image upload for wp_editor

I am using wp_editor for comments on a site and want to allow image uploads but default image uploader is too much and don’t want to show all the library and all but only the file upload section. Also if the button could be moved inside the tinymce (wp_editor) toolbar.

I think I need to add a button to tinymce, listen on click event and then fire the media uploader. If this is not possible what do you think is the right approach to allow people to put images inside comments on a site.
