RedAlt’s Limit Categories Plugin

    I’m looking to use RedAlt’s Limit Categories Plugin, normally found at https://redalt.com/wiki/Limit+Categories/
    However, it seems RedAlt is having some technical difficulties.
    Does anyone know where else I might be able to get this plugin? Or does anyone possibly have the plugin that they could zip if needed and send to me?
