Redesign work and Google Adsense Installation

Hi There,
I am looking to hire someone to integrate google adsense ads to my site.
What Im hoping to do is ad a banner type ad at the header (below company logo) and another advert elsewhere on the pages of the site.
The Homepage, Blog section and the shop section will all have to be done someway differently.

I have set up an adsense account which is approved already but will I need to do some redesign work on the site to accommodate the adverts?
Im willing to pay for someone to help me with this. Not crazy money of course!
