Redirect?

Is there a redirect facility so that when someone fills in the enquiry form I can show them a page or a message that says their enquiry has been received? Right now, the page goes blank and returns with all the input missing. There is no way for the person to be sure their enquiry has been successfully sent.
Not all of our users have email, so that is not a good solution for us.
