    Hi
    I need some help with a broken redirect
    I had a menu item for members to get in to their membership account which I used to have set to redirect non-members and members that weren’t logged in to my sign-up page. I recently set up a new sign-up page but when a non-member or member not logged in clicks on that button it tries to redirect it to mhy old sign-up page. It was a while ago I set this up but I’m sure it was just a simple setting where I added the redirect url. I don’t remember there being any coding required as I’m not a coder. Does anyone know how I can correct the redirect to find my new sign-up page ?

    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Has the URL changed for the menu item.

    You are able to go to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Menus’ inside the WordPress dashboard to adjust the link URL (if it’s a custom link) or simply remove this menu item and re-add the page item.

    Yeah I’ve tried that and it doesn’t seem to make any difference

    For clarification, you are running a new signup page (levels page). If you go to ‘Memberships’ > ‘Page Settings’ do you have an option to select your levels page, please check if this is still pointing to the old page.

    Your support has been fantastic mate, so I will do it. But Jason, was unbelievable. I was paying him for premium support and apparently asking for so much he cancelled my licence and refused to support me. So I will do this for you but reluctantly because Jason doesnt deserve any praise from me.
