Redirect Affiliate Links that change all the time

I installed the plugin “SIMPLE URLS” I tried setting without success, my affiliate links are different from each other and change all the time when you enter the site, I need to configure a generic URL … basically need to set up the two links below, could help?
https://mgid.com/pnews/ (and everything that comes after the slash)
https://2leep.com/news/ (and everything that comes after the slash)Os links aparecem todo momento diferente como no exemplo abaixo:

Links appear with different additions like the example below
