Redirect afte form submit does not work

When submitting this form the form should go to a redirect page https://www.vastgoedbegeleider.nl/open-huis-bedankt/, but I only get a ? after the url of the form page: https://www.vastgoedbegeleider.nl/open-huis-transformatie/?
I tried both redirect to a wordpress page and redirect to a external page (where you can paste the url in).
