Redirect after Enquiry form Submission doesn’t work

I realize this was an issue before on a previous support post, but that post was resolved, and now I’m experiencing the same issue.
I enabled the “Redirect after Enquiry form Submission” in the common settings, and it is supposed to redirect to an “Enquiry Successful” page on the site.
However, when I test the form in an incognito window, nothing happens.
I filled out the form completely, and when I submit it, nothing happens. The form stays there on the screen. It doesn’t disappear, all the information I entered is still there, and no redirect occurs. It’s as if nothing happened at all. However, the form does indeed work, as I get an email to my admin email with the enquiry form I just sent.
So the form works, but it appears as if it doesn’t. This is concerning because it may lead to people submitting multiple times for the same enquiry, or believing nothing happened at all, and either sending a support request email, or giving up entirely.
